Directions

Always trim wicks to 1/4 inch before. The first time you light your candle, let it burn for 3-4 hours to allow the melted wax to reach the edge of the container to prevent your candle from tunneling.

Candle Safety

1. In order to get the most out of your candle, burn it until the entire surface of the candle melts.

2. To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 2 hours at a time during the first third of the candle and 1 hour at a time during the remaining.

3. Do not leave the candle burning unattended. Do not set in a draft. Keep away from children, curtains, and pets.

4. Should the wick require centering, gently readjust it to the correct position when the wax is still molten. Allow the candle to solidify before relighting.

5. Should any black smoke appear, trim the tip of the wick. It should be clean and no longer than 5mm at all times.

6. Always protect the table or surface on which the candle rests (with wood or ceramic plate, for example).

7.  Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 5 mm of non-molten wax at the bottom.

8. Keep your candle in a dry and temperate environment, between 60 and 80° F.

​9. The first use of your candle should occur within the two first months after its reception.

Local Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 3 weeks of placing your order, you can contact 2guysmaking@gmail.com  for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.
International Shipping

We send most international packages via UPS. You can see the total landed cost (including duties and taxes) at checkout. 
International packages may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Brooklyn Candle Studio have no control over these circumstances. 
Refunds + Exchanges

At Two2Guys, all of our products are carefully inspected and checked before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if we get proof of damage submitted to Two2Guys within 5 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping, and handling within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us at 2guysmaking@gmail.com for further details.
