WHATS THE BEST WAY TO BURN TWO2GUYS CANDLES?
Each candle comes with the burning instructions.
Trim your wick to ¼” before each burn. Allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the container before extinguishing. This is roughly 3 to 4 hours for our 12 Oz Vintage jar boxed candles and 2 to 3 hours for our votive candles. The rule of thumb is 1 hour for each inch of the container’s diameter. This will allow the candle to burn cleanly and evenly. Candles have memory so if you extinguish it too quickly, you may experience tunneling.
To prevent fire and serious injury, burn your candle within sight. Keep away from drafts. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never burn your candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
WHAT ARE TWO2GUYS CANDLES MADE OF?
Each candle is made from the finest, USA sourced materials. We use simple, high-quality ingredients, free of wax and paraffin for any potentially harm to the environment and customers. We choose to work with premium vegan soy wax, butters and other component as it burns cleanly, consistently and longer than traditional paraffin candles. Our unique formulation is also natural and wearable to the skin.
Our Accords use in each single candle it's with the highest quality, cosmetic-grade. We use a combination of natural, essential oils and perfume-grade fine fragrance.
We use 100% cotton and paper wicks free from any metal cores.
HOW LONG DOES TWO2GUYS CANDLES BURN?
When burning any of our two2guys candles according to our recommended instructions, our 12 ounces candles will burn for approximately 75 hours, our hand painting 16 ounces carousel will last 145 hour, the silver & gold Buddha head 28 ounces candle will burn for approximately 190 hours.
HOW FRAGRANT ARE TWO2GUYS CANDLES?
All candles we create are well load with scents for a long-lasting fragrance that gently fills the room. While it does help to eliminate odors, it’s not specially designed to be a room deodorizer.

WHAT KING OF WICKS WE USE IN OUR CANDLES?
We use all-natural cotton wicks as well as cotton wicks that have a paper core (or center) and wicks that are a combination of cotton and paper woven together. We do not use metal wicks or any type of metal in our wicks so they do not contain lead
Shipping, Delivery and Retuns
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKES TO GET MY ORDER?
All orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Due to COVID-19, processing times may be increased. We’ve work rates with major carriers for fasting shipping and a more reliable service. Typical shipping times are between 1-5 business days in USA and 5-7 business days to Canada. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated by weight
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items that may have been damaged in transit. Returns, refunds, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
It is very easy to update any of your account information including your shipping address, names, etc Simply follow these steps:
1. Go to My Account
2. Login to your account
3. In your Address Book under Default Shipping Address, select Edit Address to update your shipping address
4. Update your address and click SAVE address
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING RATE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO CANADA?
For orders placed on our US site and shipped to Canada, the shipping cost is $35 USD flat rate. Please note that the recipient is considered the importer and will be responsible for any import taxes, duties, and fees applied to the shipment once it reaches Canada. The customs clearance procedures can delay packages. To avoid any delivery delays, import charges can be paid in advance through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided with the shipping confirmation.
We are unable to control or predict import charges for international shipments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Each one of our body care products is formulated with high quality ingredients to safely and effectively nourish your skin. All Body care products are formulated without the use of parabens, phthalates, sulfate, artificial colors, or mineral oils and is 100% cruelty-free, vegan gluten-free, and non-GMO. SHOULD I APPLY MY BODY MIST DIRECTLY INTO MY CLOTHES
We recommend using the body mist directly onto the skin and take a moment for it to dry before getting dressed.
